NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Deed Poll
governing the Warrants 2016/2021, the Exercise Period for the holders of Warrants 2016/2021 to
exercise the exercise rights will expire at 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 2 April 2021 being the last Market Day
of the Exercise Period.
