Our Company founder started his business career in Freight Forwarding & Shipping Agency Services in Miri, Sarawak

Bintulu Office was established to cater Logistics Services during the Construction of Oil & Gas industries such as Malaysia LNG Project, Bintulu Port, ASEAN Bintulu Fertilizer Plant, Crude Oil Terminal & etc.

• Establishment of Eastern Soldar Engineering & Construction Sdn. Bhd. in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan – Specialised in Providing Engineering and Construction of Petroleum Storage Tank and Marine Terminal.
• Extend our Logistics Services to Offshore Marine Support Services in Oil & Gas Industries.

• First wave of corporate transformation was the consolidation of all the business activities under the new formation of Harbour-Link (M) Sdn. Bhd. which was acted as an invesment Holding Company and Created the brand name “Harbour-Link”.
• Established Bintulu as Harbour-Link’s Headquater.
• Opening of Branches in Sibu, Miri, Kuching, Port Klang, Penang, Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan & Tawau.

• Second wave of transformation was undergoing a further consolidation of all business under one roof. The Formation of Harbour-Link Group Berhad on 17th September 2002 was established.
• Opening branch office at KLIA
• Preparation for listing on Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE)

• Establishment of Container Liner Services into Intra-Asia Region.
• Opening branch office at Hong Kong and affiliate agency offices in China. Extending Transportation Services to Sabah & Labuan

• Relocation of Harbour HQ to Wisma Harbour, Parkcity Commerce Square, Bintulu.
• Opening branch office at Brunei.

• Venture into Property Development.
• Launching of Kidurong Gateway Project.
• Establishing Port Services unit in provisions of Design, Build, Commissioning and after Sale
• Service for all types of Port Handling Equipment.

• Extend our Container Liner Services to Singapore in 2015 and further expansion to the Asean countries.
• Opening new establishment in Brunei in dealing of Port Equipment and Heavy machineries.
• Establish Sales Department in Sale & Marketing of earthwork machineries covering Sarawak, Sabah & Brunei.

Established of affiliate company – Harbour Global Logistics in Seoul, South Korea.

Established of branch office in Kelantan, Tok Bali Supply Base, Pasir Puteh.
