12 Disember 2019 – Keprihatinan majikan menjadi pemangkin bagi Program Return To Work Coordinator (RTWC) bertapak di Bintulu, Bumi Kenyalang.
Tanggal 12/12/2019, majikan Harbour-Link Group Berhad yang beroperasi di Bintulu telah menerima taklimat RTWC dan juga perkongsian faedah-faedah PERKESO dan RTW yang di ketuai oleh trainer RTWC, En Amir Efendi Mohamad dan En Akashah Shuaimi.
Pengurusan hilang upaya yang diperkenalkan diharap dapat membantu majikan Harbour Link Group menambah baik faedah majikan kepada pekerja dan diharap pekerja yang mengalami kemalangan atau hilang upaya dapat dipulihkan secara sistematik dan mempunyai peluang untuk kembali bekerja.
Terima kasih diucapkan kepada barisan Pengurus Kes PERKESO Bintulu, Cik Ann Faustina Rijed dan En Muhammad Hafiq Sarip yang turut berusaha keras.
SOCSO’s Return To Work Disability Management Program is a Sustainable Management Program implemented by SOCSO to help injured or recoverable SOCSO contributors to recover and return to work early, healthy and safe.
Each SOCSO contributor that joins the Return To Work Program will undergo a systematic process of recovery and based on biopsicosocial concepts that include biophysical, physiological and social factors that need to be addressed in helping them return to work.
The program is implemented to achieve the following objectives:
1) Help the Insured Person to overcome their disability and pain.
2) Ensure the Insured person with disabilities is able to return to work as soon as possible.
3) Ensure their safety is maintained.
4) Reduce the costs of workers, employers and SOCSO in the long run through good case management.
